How to Order

Step 1
Go to our Secure Order Form.
Fill in all your details; don't forget the book/s number/s (book ID), press SUBMIT.
(For inquiries only, credit card details are not required, however, to complete the form, fill in (* Card Nr. 00, Exp. Month 00, Exp. Year 00).

If you choose alternative payment method, please contact us by Email or use extra comments on the Secure Order Form

Step 2
After receiving your order/inquiry, we will confirm by email with details of the postage charges and the total cost in your local currency. Postage depends on the weight of the book.


Step 3
If you have supplied your credit card details we will go ahead and process your order accordingly. If you have not already supplied your credit card details, you will be asked to use our secure order form. Please read the following Terms & Conditons.

SEARCH TIPS

If your initial search fails to produce the listing, here are a few ways to make your search more efficient:

Please remember that our advanced search system will only find books matching the exact spelling. If the search criteria is producing no matches and you are fairly sure that these books are listed on Dee Why Books, look closely at the spelling of the word, title or author that you entered.

The advanced search system will list all the words you entered in either field, even if you only entered part of the title or author.
You can enter your search words in upper, lower, or mixed case and it will make no difference to your search result.

The catalog field is used to enter search words, for example "ANCIENT HISTORY" that may relate to the book you are seeking. As a result, you will get all the books we have listed under "ANCIENT HISTORY" in alphabetical order by authors.
